Upon starting apps agency - ubinow - co-founder and now husband
@josh_newnham passed me Founders at Work and told me to read it -
It did give me experience though + I soon joined 2 of mobile team to create ubinow - early apps agency which got acquired several yrs later

My first couple of years in tech were at a "new media" company which spent $11M in 4 years but produced pretty much nothing

It was 2009 when I read it - 3 years after joining the tech industry, which had followed on from 6 years in music and fashion
