4 years ago today I founded and have since then sent out 8k+ free robots to youth. We've reached 600k+ kids with cultural robots, language resources, and STEM and I can't wait for more. Thank you everyone for your love and support

Yesterday I learned that pre-Covid there were 123 fluent Cree speakers in Rocky Boy, now there are 23. One of them is this man, my grandpa. And the other one is my aunt, who is 's grandma.
My new years resolution is to start learning Cree. #languagepreservation

Yeah, James Cameron basically saying Native communities might have fought harder against colonization if they knew the suicide rates of Native youth today is just not cool on every single level so no, I will not be seeing his movies or supporting him ever.

It’s so frustrating to look and see the ways that Indigenous knowledge was viewed as “inferior” and “too subjective for academic inquiry” until non-Indigenous scholars realized how much money and fame and clout they could extract from it.

Danielle Boyer knew she was interested in robotics from a young age. But with limited learning resources -- a problem many Native American students face -- Boyer, who is Ojibwe, said she had to take things into her own hands.

Was surprised yesterday seeing my face (with my SkoBot) on the Ed Sullivan dome for the Late Show with Stephen Colbert in honor of Native American Heritage Month. Thankful to the designer Phil Guimond

Miigwech to the National Museum of the American Indian - Smithsonian for having me and enabling me to share about the SkoBots. This museum is the first place I ever saw my tribal flag outside of my community and it means so much to me

Again - non-indigenous people should not be raising Indigenous children.
It is in the best interest of every Indigenous child to be raised in their culture, preferably with relatives.
The money spend on apprehending & displacing our children could be better spent on families.

Husband, who is very Native looking, was the one to take him in. They treated him like a criminal and tried to separate him from our son. He refused. I called my sister who works w/the ICWA advocate for our tribe. They were ready for fight for us to keep him, an Oglala baby.

When my youngest was nine months old, he was in the cruising stage of learning to walk. He fell and hit his head. We’d baby proofed the house and had his cruising contained in a very small area. We took him to the ER and before they even examined him, they filed a CPS report.
