  1. This won't make or very happy, but the rest of us like there to be some limits on government intrusiveness. Let's hope holds firm for taxpayers.

  2. Yes, there's a problem, . According to Prof. Nordhaus at Yale, successful entrepreneurs only capture 2.2% of the wealth they generate (with the rest of us getting the other 97.8%), so we'd be much better off if there were a lot more billionaires.

  3. Biden and his congressional allies are so desperate to finance a new spending binge that they're pushing for crazy tax-hike ideas that haven't even been tried in taxaholic nations such as France and Greece

Taxing unrealized gains (i.e., gains that only exist on paper) is such a dumb idea that no other nation - not even tax hells such as France or Greece - has ever imposed this destructive levy.

Taxing increases in wealth that only exist on paper is only a good idea if you want less investment and nightmarish tax complexity.

When the cheerleaders for higher taxes lead by example, I still won't agree with them, but at least they won't be smarmy hypocrites

I don't think the President is lying because that would imply he actually understood why his tweet was inaccurate

If you want lower prices for healthcare, the right prescription is to reduce the role of government

At the risk of stating the obvious, the President shouldn't be trying to copy Italy's last-place tax system

I would like someone on the left to look at 's chart and give me their best explanation for why this isn't evidence that free markets are far superior to socialism (I won't be holding my breath awaiting a response)

Since is willing to claim that $3.5 trillion of new spending has no cost, I guess we shouldn't be surprised that he's willing to also lie about corporate taxation.

Spot on. Hoover and Roosevelt kept the economy on the canvas with a toxic mix of high tax rates, wasteful spending, protectionism, and regulatory interference.

Imagine being so amoral (or is it immoral?) that you try to claim it was a positive thing to have food shortages in communist countries?

The Biden Administration thinks we're all criminals and wants the IRS to have automatic access to our bank accounts in hopes of grabbing more tax revenue to buy more votes

I'm not a fan of basing public policy on polling data, but if these new numbers help defeat Biden's tax-and-spend agenda, I won't complain

Expressing any level of support for communist totalitarianism should be a disqualifying factor for any nominee to any position, just as we should have a similar rule for those who express any sort of sympathy for Nazism
