          Sure, just wondering what you would approach first to improve. Might be helpful to entrepreneurs who are thinking about the space. Admin tools? General UX? Something else?

          Said another way... the thing that beats Google Groups probably has 1-2 key insights that serves a population of users particularly well. What are they?

          Roadmap: 1. Snappier admin UI on top of existing GG. No migration required. This alone is a great MVP. 2. Autosync with other groups / folders (Github, Dropbox). 3. Clone Slack and make it unslow. 4. Profit.

          Agreed. A lot of the functionality that’s most useful is buried in somewhat counterintuitive places. Reply privileges for example are pretty convoluted

          Do you remember all the handwringing about @facebook's privacy options being so messy/unintelligible? @Snap didn't make the options structured more intuitively... They redfined the problem/solution.
