The generals' duty is to inform him BEFORE obeying, not to obey without a word. Then their MORAL not legal duty is to consider refusing.

Agree re: possible moral duty to disobey, though if the order is legal they'd have to defend themselves in court-martial w/ big sentences.

It would be akin to another Chelsea Manning legal procedure w/ large parts of the public on the side of the defendant.
