"Up to me" is such an abused term. It doesn't/shouldn't mean "up to me, rather than the past, my parts, etc." but instead, "up to me, rather than (e.g.) that other guy" (and measured qualitatively, and by degree).

How any argument (free wll) can be justified without mechanics of agency/self?
