      I say we have all the free will we could reasonably want, if we take care to protect it! It is under constant assault from would-be puppeteers. See if you agree.

          The question of whether free will or not free will is well settled by freely choosing to consider it settled. An important question is: has anything ever been freely chosen in that way to be finally settled? Analytical logic reaches irrefutable conclusions. Not much else does.

          I'm with you on that. My 2018 book "Cultural Evolution and its Discontents" is mostly a warning about those dangerous puppeteers (and makes respectful reference to your excellent work a couple of times).
