Negative. Consciousness is nature (action-reaction) of matter. Anthropocentric bias deep in us, myth of 5 senses and natural languages obstruct to envision conscious AI. The ways of learning of man and AI are alike. If free will is absent then how anything can be autonomous? 1/n

Are you arguing that language is a needed for foundational consciousness, a way to "notice you noticings"? You famously deny qualia, so are you suggesting that a semantic system is necessary for experience? Is the semantic system what creates the "intrinsic awfulness" of pain?
