    He actually should have said "sure, if I'm subpoenaed, I'll show up and testify. I have the balls. The question is, does Trump have the balls to show up and testify? I'm betting he has zero balls." And then watch Trump go nuts and the GOP go "oh shit, this is what worries us."

    Biden’s declaration of defying any subpoena in the Trump impeachment seems like a mistake to me. He *should’ve* offered to show up and testify — if Trump also does so. You could have pretty good confidence that the other side wouldn’t take you up on it, but you still look good.
