    I recently gave a talk at a large Swiss hospital about threats to evidence-based medicine. I was amazed how many doctors were not aware of the alarming amount of publication bias, selective reporting and spin corrupting medical evidence base. Please include in medical training

    This sentence is deceitful: The amount of radiation from a mammogram is similar to natural exposure over a few months so the risks associated with it are very low. Would you say: you can drink one liter of pure alcohol in one hour because one liter in a few months doesn't harm?
