Family court judges hold way to much power in deciding on the safety of children. Children deserve better than the decision of one person who is not required to have an education in trauma or child development and can refuse to consider evidence presented.

Let’s remember most judges want to follow the law, protect children and seek to do the best possible in the circumstances before them. They’re like the ER doctors coping with the failures of everything that came before.
