    New regulations like the ones the President proposed here could seriously hurt asylum seekers. Limiting court proceedings and speeding them up is a recipe for a due process disaster. Barring or restricting work authorization could force some asylum seekers to go hungry.

    BREAKING - White House released a memo that, among other things, could block asylum seekers who enter irregularly between ports of entry from being able to work and increase fees imposed on asylum seekers.

    WashPost's offers journalists sound advice about what to do with leaks via hacks, but a) they won't take her advice; and b) the people who do the hacking will find ways convince media that the materials didn't come from hacks in the first place.
