That video falls under fair use guidelines. The other video is a comedy video using TV footage that I would be more than happy to take down if it doesn't meet guidelines, however I have made no attempt to make any money off of it and created it purely for comedy. (Cont.)

I reiterate, I don't understand how my videos "That Other Tim Curry Clown Movie", "Studying Myths and Tales", and "Getting Into Comics" would ever be considered anyone else's content. I've put hours upon hours into creating them, making them my own, and I'm frankly insulted.
