Or maybe he’s allowing the FBI to do its job? If he interferes, then he looks like an obstructionist. Either way he will be criticized.

So, he should do it then.

Doesn't accepting a pardon imply guilt?

If you've been wrongly accursed? No.

That's effed up, A-Holes can do anything before being convicted of a crime & be pardoned. That
#DoritoDustMop already thinks he and his cronies (including his family), are above the law. But if#Obama had done an ounce of any of this, we all know how that would've played out.....pic.twitter.com/nIE4I5UreN -
I'd say do your research but I'm afraid it wouldn't make a difference to your all ready preconceptions and/or brainwashing and/or stupidity. 1715 were made by Obama but you're stuck with the few Trump has made. Per USA Today!https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2017/01/19/obama-grants-330-more-commutations-bringing-total-record-1715/96791186/ …

I love you dan! Is it true if he’s pardoned now tho and has to testify he loses his right to plead the 5th and would then be held in contempt and need to be pardon again? He also can’t be pardoned from state charges so I hope they get him on that level.
-
Get him on what charge?

True! A pardon in this situation would stop all proceedings. Dan, I'm a huge fan!! Is your formal background in Criminal Justice? Anyone who stands in the same platform with Nancy Grace is awesome!! Keep up the good job!!

"In 1866, the Supreme Court ruled in Ex parte Garland that the pardon power "extends to every offence known to the law, and may be exercised at any time after its commission, either before legal proceedings are taken, or during their pendency, or after conviction and judgment."

Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon before Nixon could be charged with any crime. He did it to "end this long national nightmare." People remained upset with Ford that it was cited as one reason he lost to Carter in '76. So, no, you don't need to be convicted to be pardoned.

He hasn't even been charged with anything yet. It is completely stupid.

If he is innocence, why the pardon. What are they hiding? Let Muller, a good conservative cop, do his job without interference. If he pardons him, then the creep won't have to testify or held responsible for his illegal actions, if illegal.
