That would only work to the Special Investigations advantage. If he's pardoned then he has no ability to plead the 5th in the future for anything related to the pardon. Something he can currently do for anything not included here.

If he didn't file his federal taxes, most likely he didn't file proper state taxes either.. just like Manafort. Couldn't the NY AG (or Virginia AG for Manafort) file state tax evasion charges to circumvent Trump's pardons?
