just talked to Giuliani who said his role on Trump team is limited. He worked with Mueller at DOJ & as NYC Mayor (Mueller at FBI) He hopes knowing Mueller can help bring the investigation to conclusion, saying it "needs a little push." How soon? "maybe a couple of weeks"

He's at least a witness, if not a subject. Can't believe he'd be emerging from his months of flying under the radar-HARD-if he thought he'd jeopardize his own standing. He's either wired or exceptionally stupid. The two aren't mutually exclusive.

Apparently he says he hopes to "negotiate an quicker end to the investigation". The only way I'm aware that a criminal investigation can be "negotiated", is a plea agreement.
