Even male kids? Circumcision is now evil? I'm sure there are always arguments about different things. But it's evil?
The death is very uncommon, I’ve never seen nor heard anyone die as a result of circumcision. Even back in the days when our forefathers had no white man medicine, they still had high survival rate from circumcising their offsprings.

Perhaps you are turning a blind eye to it. Over 100 died in the USA last year from circumcision or its complications. Imagine how many died in Nigeria alone. My first tweet was based on a friend’s child in Canada who is between life and death because of circumcision.
-
Statistics are in abundance to fit our narrative. Deaths attributable to newborn circumcision are rare. No deaths occurred, for example, in an analysis of 500,000 circumcisions in New York City or 175,000 circumcisions in U.S. Army hospitals.
-
A quick google check focused on death cases in NYC brought up stories of deaths and complications. Like I said, facts will always trump stats. If the parents who lost their child did so based on this stat, they would stop looking at stats. Stats could be misleading.

Ask those parents that lost their children, they would choose the treatable phimosis over the death of their child.
-
Of course, no parent would choose death over life for their children. I “pray” and hope your friend’s child, in question, recuperates and survives the pains/injuries from the procedure.
Like I said earlier, doctors don’t impose it on anyone, the parents have the final say. -
I also pray and hope that the baby survives. I also wish parents would leave the choice to their children when they become adults. Parents are temporary custodians, they do not “own” the children.
-
Amen to the prayers

Let me know if you end up reading about the known cases of death.
-
I will read it up after I see Venom. I’m headed to the cinema now, boss.

-
Enjoy, Sir. I have been the the movies only once (Wakanda) in almost 3 years.
-
Thanks, boss. Haha...I use the habit as a substitute for peace of mind since United’s football hasn’t given me such in a very long time.
