Actually he’s been quite consistent on the matter. He’s not against vaccines. Rather he thinks the dosages should be broken up and spread apart throughout multiple visits. Something quite a few people agree with.

"Too many too soon" is a straight up anti-vaxer talking point. There is no evidence that the current vaccine schedule plays any role in autism.

I’ve never once heard him say people shouldn’t get vaccinated. Saying THAT is an anti-vax talking point. Many parents spread out their vaccine schedules with the doctors agreeing to it. That doesn’t make them anti-vax. I think there is a huge difference between the two.
