Good, he shouldn't be locked in prison forever either this guy clearly needs mental health services as well.

US prosecutors want to try him in a US court, so in order to get Mexico to hand him over, they had to officially take the death penalty out of consideration because Mexico won't extradite anyone to their death. Besides the death penalty is an inherently flawed &useless punishment

Good. The Death Penalty should be abolished. I can't advocate that and then want it used on a guy like this.
