Made a spreadsheet mistake. Unfortunately, Excel doesn’t support Versions, and Time Machine restore on Mac OS X 10.11 just crashes my Finder

@mhenders I am, but this particular file is inside a 4 GB encrypted disk image… -
@mjtsai Yeah, that happening too often is exactly why I had to move some sensitive data from encrypted images to the normal filesystem. :-( -
@mhenders Happens to me less than once a year. Usually a quick fix with Time Machine. -
@mjtsai Yeah, since I don’t use Time Machine, that wasn’t an option for me. :( -
@mhenders Time Machine is like an L3 cache. Really good for getting recently used data. Pretty much useless for getting older stuff.
