@mhenders I can't imagine it *wouldn't* affect the author. (Lose the sale and out the 30%.) -
@mjtsai If the author sold a product with feature X, and Apple later removed feature X version, seems it shouldn’t affect author. -
@mhenders Shouldn't, but do you really think that's how the App Store would handle this? -
@mjtsai Would they request that the author pay money back to Apple that he’s already received? -
@mhenders I think they deduct it from whatever they're going to pay the author in the future. Not sure what happens if never sell that much. -
@mjtsai As a user, I’d prefer to know if an auto-app-update is going to kill a key feature, and have a choice not to update. -
