I'd love an OS X utility that could pause/unpause all my cloud utilities — Arq, Backblaze, Dropbox, etc. I'd use this when 3G tethered.

@mhenders Sounds like it could be done with a local HTTP proxy, plus some nice hooks into network location and Sidekick. -
