I think most people defend aggro by saying its easy to play hard to master, I disagree with that, when you cant afford playing around stuff, decks tend to have linear playstyles

The only way that I can grind ranks properly is with face-decks. They're so easy to play, it's literally braindead. Even so, I don't enjoy playing them at all and would prefer to play a counter-face slow deck rather than join the zombies
