    I think about this tweet so much that I am just going to pin it to my timeline.

    One of the largest sources of confusion & frustration: 1) a decision needs to be made 2) it's unclear who has the *authority* to make the decision 3) it's unclear who will be *held accountable* for the decision Chaos ensues.

    I got really into 's PARA/BASB last summer, and then totally lost religion until right about...now. I think everyone has a threshold for how many things/projects they can organize in a lightweight manner. My life got less complex towards H2-19 but is now picking up.

    All in, from idea to launch it took about ~7 days. SO FAST! We could have launched sooner but we were fiddling with a DNS issue that was making our site slow. The most "code" we had to write was inserting a few HTML tags and some HEX codes. Piece of cake. 🍰

    A trap some employees fall into is they slack off on lower level work because they want to be given higher level work but because they don’t earn the trust of their employer they stay doing the low level work until they excel at it.
