the @civicdesign piece doesn't address the racial implications in depth, but they're clear when you see it together with *who* is most likely to have the support of an inter-generational voting culture & infrastructure

it surprised me to see in the Atlantic piece that only 37% *of white people* had gotten to go vote with a parent when they were little; less for black & latino people. you know what that means?
