Regardless of the mode of travel used, some people will break traffic rules.

Please stop criminalising #cyclists in #Kolkata. Instead of fining, facilitate and guide them to choose alternative routes. Initiate #Cycle #Network & #cyclelane. Cyclists deserve dignity.
