    Dear#vrdev, VR subtitles present a design challenge that hasn't yet been fully solved. But they still must be included; for hearing loss, localisation, the many who choose not to use headphones, etc etc. This method is the best I've seen so far:

    Hybrid VR subtitles. Attached to source when source is in FOV, when outside FOV text snaps to HUD, with arrow showing where the audio source is - . Minimises vergence accomodation conflict while ensuring text is always viewable.

    I’m not one to brag. But, My daughter and I got together to build Vive controller arm prosthetic for my left arm. Items used: sweeper handle, zip ties, towel, key clip, shoe strings, and a plastic spoon. We even got the trigger to work.

    This is incredibly important, and something I think about a lot in . Tons of potential players are turned away, thinking VR isn’t “for them” bc of the violent nature of most games. Creating diverse, non-violent titles only opens the door for MORE players in the long run. 🙌

    If you think there should be more non-violent/empathetic/diverse games, you have a responsibility to make them. It's hard, but they aren't going to make themselves.

    The more I think about it...the lack of hosts in a social VR space is actually mind boggling. It wasn't until these interviews I realized how unusual that is and how we always have access to guidance IRL. Even if it's just a huge sign directing us.
