awesome! It would be pretty cool if, eventually, this project could be used as a basis for creating our own TES-like games in VR? Looking forward to more of the quest/NPC/combat being implemented.

Thanks! NPC is possible when the NIF loader will supports animations, it'll unlock creatures too and combats. However quest will be VERY hard because we've to write a virtual machine for the original scripts! And that is not very sexy to do ;)

You could write a quest system using C#/.NET as the scripting system, then 1) we could use that right away if we're making our own stuff, but 2) easier to convert the old scripts into C#/.NET than to write your own virtual machine, and you could do a couple manual conversions

Definitly, this is what we've to do. Now the performance issue is gone, it'll try to investigate on the animations.
