Is it fine? We just get it too but the tracking is poor, I think it's because we use Windows 10 Fall Creator Update.

Same here so far. The tracking is so bad it is barely usable. I hope it is a software issue that can be fixed; if not I don’t think we’ll be able to do much with this hardware :( Very disappointing - the display and hand interactions are quite interesting to compare to HoloLens.
