I just played almost one hour to Fallout 4 VR with a Samsung Mixed Reality. Playing with a GTX 980 is not a good idea, you need a strong GPU to enjoy this game. What's your GPU? The Samsung is fine, I play using a Samsung and the Acer devkit. You just have to update to the latest BETA (both game and steamvr) to get goo graphics. Also a config tool was released https://www.reddit.com/r/Vive/comments/7jf1hb/fallout_4_vr_configuration_tool_now_available_for/ … it can help to grab some FPS here and there :D
