I just tried @DOOM VFR on my Windows Mixed Reality headset. It works, but I had a lot of issues, it was not fun at all. This is my feedback..
1. Setup: i5 @3.2Ghz + 32 Gb DDR4 + GTX 980 4 Gb + Windows 10 FCU

2. First start == a black screen 3. All the time a message that tells me that a controller is disconnected :/ My fix: Put the Bluetooth adapter on my desktop 4. Graphics are not nice at all because I run the lowest graphics setup => See next tweets

5. The mapping is bad. You use the left touchpad to move and teleport. BUT you often move instead of teleport and inverse.. It's hard to do exactly what you want. I don't know how it is with a Vive controller, but it's bad with MR controllers. => See next tweets.

6. There are TOO MUCH informations on the HUD. Why don't use an hologram on your arm? or a Watch like Arizona Sunshine? A good idea could be to use both a Watch and infos in the weapons selector. 7. The framerate is BAD => See next tweets

8. I can play Serious Sam 2 VR without any confort mode, but I've a few motion sickness with Doom. 9. Throw a grenade is hard with MR controllers because of tracking issue 10. I tried the Windows MR beta driver for SteamVR but it doesn't fix anything

I've to give it another try then. I'll test it again at home with my AMD RX 480 8Gb, I hope it'll be fine.

I made my test with the Samsung Odysee. I really hope it'll be optimized because the image is so nice in this headset...
