#FFS I've always rated #Microsoft repairs. Always a quality service, quick and responsive. but the new company they use won't even tell me if my device has been repaired while it's on its way back to me? #WTF

Lumia 950. Although, I'm now being told they didn't repair it as it had "Mechanical damages", which they don't cover?

Damn.. I've a 950 with a broken screen, I'll repaire it by myself. I hope you can do the same. btw I hope to never break my 950XL screen ;)
