Hmm. Shader issue maybe? Try using the default Unity shader. Could be lightmapping? Normals or UV2 need rebuild?

OK with the legacy shader, it's a ligthmapping issue (only on PB objects) I tried to regenerate UV2 with no success, any idea?

Any errors in the console? Also make sure to clear baked lightmaps
