Installed propietary drivers too. Will revert to default drivers and mirrored desktop to see what happens, but it's kinda sad if that's it

@cyannick That's what I did, downloaded a propietary (Xgen or something like that) which allowed me to correctly setup dual screen desktop
@projotw try to launch this soft https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/applications/precise/jockey-gtk/ … it'll install the correct driver for you
