generally speaking, Odyssey+ is a great device
The Vive Cosmos is a terrible device. If you want a great Windows MR headset, take an Odyssey or a even better, a HP Reverb <3 The Reverb is probably the better Windows MR headset you can find today. But you need a very good GPU (because it's 4k)

If you can get it, go for it. You can easily read texts with this headset.

Yeah, the HP Reverb is fantastic. I don't own it, but tried it last year and enjoyed the experience.
