Check also if nothing cause issue with infrared tracking :/ But for me I have a window near me on my left for example, and no issue (not like ps4 camera lol)

Have you just... updated your kit by using Nolo home? When I bought it, it was pretty "bad" now it works like that ^^ Plus, I use Nolo drivers + Ivry for better pictures quality I just changed the way to load drivers to include driver to load first, before Ivry driver
