Do you have some sort of circular reference? Would have though unity would have thought of that though...
Hey @unity3d folks and devs, I've a strange behaviour with the new prefab workflow in 2019.1. Some prefabs when opened are saving in loop. I can't edit them, I've to uncheck auto save. It's not on all prefabs.. Any clues to solve this issue? @SimonDarksideJ @NemoKrad @ActiveNick

Looks like it's caused by the Dissonance audio plugin.. they do things with the deprecated prefab API... Will try to upgrade the plugin or fix it by myself. Thanks for reply btw
