It's for Windows (Win32) only. I found something but it doesn't work like I want. It's possible to use the UWP Api in a Win32 app to use the integrated bluetooth stack. I need to check this out.

Hi Yannick, there is a preview nuget package which has a .net 2.0 package which works with the Unity version of Mono. It’s a bit fiddly to setup at the moment and I’m currently rewriting it to simplify things.
