I don't know what I want more.... @UnrealEngine 4.21 with #WindowsMixedReality support (without SteamVR <3) or @unity3d 2018.3 with GPU Lightmapper and VR support for HDRP...

No they use a bridge that doesn't require UWP. That's what ReVive and SteamVR use to communicate with the native Windows MR API. That's what we can use for MonoGame too.

I would love that @unity integrates native Windows Mixed Reality support for Win32/64. It's a first step to not use SteamVR and to have "native" content on Steam that don't use SteamVR to start.
