Exactly the same here.. I would love to compile all my shaders on my Macs ;) The online solution is great for simple shaders yes, but when you work on a complete set of shaders, you definitly use many includes..

The Remote processor should support
#includes by including the contents into the uploaded file.. If u have a sample that does not work can you open an issue? -
