People who finish their entire stick of lip balm without losing it first should be the only ones allowed to have kids.

We are also the most fearful of having children from an economic standpoint (keeping track of your lip balm = resource guarding)

On the other hand! Never-finishers who hoard balms will always have a stick on-hand; just the kind of preparedness a mom needs.
