No one in packed audience asked any questions after he spoke for about 20 minutes. “If you talk long enough, there are no questions!” he said with a laugh. Took a cookie on way out.

For a minute I confused ANC 2E with ANC 2D which has a grand total of TWO Commissioners, which might have explained the lack of community interest.
