I'm not a member but do report any wildlife I see that looks unwell. This poor pigeon came for two days during the end of Dec. 😭 All feeders disinfected after his visits.

Great spotted woodpeckers chasing each other from tree to tree this morning. Green shoots and crocuses and snowdrops wherever you look. Love your parks, people! 😁

From the Wood. For some reason the Jays have lost their confidence and are wary of the feeders. This one got some peanuts and flew off. Garrulus glandarius.

From the Wood. Sparrowhawk (Accipiter nisus) in the rain which seem to be never ending, along with the gales here in Cumbria. Probably needs a click to see his eyes

Noted at least 15 Herons all sat together on the banks of the River Eden at Warwick Bridge earlier today. Quite a sight. Not sure if unusual?

Well that cheered me...glanced out of the window to see long-tailed tits chomping on super-suet fat balls from take a peek-you might spot them (it's raining here, so please forgive us if the webcam lens is a little bleary) Michelle
