Wow. On a day where we announced 30 deaths. Is this where we want it flattened? Do we not want it to decline?

We are also down in positivity rate . Its been below 8 and even a couple days in the low 7s for the past week or so. We are headed in the right direction. If people can keep it together over Christmas we will be looking good

THIRTY deaths in last 24 hrs sure sounds like flattening the curve... said no thinking (#ABCons-supporting) person ever! @jkenney should stop spreading lies like this. HIS timing caused excessive deaths. #donkeychapeau @Alberta_UCP @CMOH_Alberta #ableg @albertaNDP @RachelNotley

Haven’t 30 Albertans died of this in the last 24hrs? I guess in Kenney’s thought process it’s more like 30 Albertans have had a good run. It’s like that festive Christmas tale where Ebenezer Kenney thinks they should “decrease the surplus population.” #AbLeg #abpoli

I'm a UCP supporter, but this guy's a complete embarrassment. Dammit, now people are going to vote SpeNDP again. There had to be somebody better to lead Alberta in the UCP cupboards. Frustrating.

The UCP was already outspending the NDP pre-Covid. The AB NDP led Canada in GDP growth and reduced the deficit year over year while they were in office. It's a pervasive myth that the NDP are big spenders and conservatives are all about fiscal prudence but it's just not true.
