I love discovering new sub-communities. Y'all should oral history the community. Why did it die?

Some people got older + got actual jobs. Many closed accounts because the environment for thinking kept getting worse. A few committed suicide. Some shifted focus. There was a Slack, which may be around, but it curdled somewhat—too many toxic personalities, too little mediation
