ofc, it'll probably just be a reversion to like 2013 when I got out of college. When I graduated, a room for $700 in a gentrifying college kid neighborhood was relatively easy to find. By the time I left in 2017 it was a HUNT for a room for less than $850/900.
BUT if I can move back making decent money I could probably get a really legit room for like 1k.
