Democratic voters are becoming more liberal on racial issues: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/05/23/opinion/democrats-race.html … If Dems can consistently win elections, I predict Republicans will eventually give up the Trump temper tantrum and (partially) follow suit.

@ValisJason that it would take three consecutive presidential losses.
Not quite the same thing but I think a resounding loss in 2016, esp if it saw Dems retake the Senate, would have substantially moved the Republicans to the center. But alas...
