Hi Twitter world, I hear you. I even agree with you and always have on this: racism is indefensible. I’m sorry that I came across as defending Aaron Schlossberg. That wasn’t my intent, because I do not and never have defended his actions. I apologize.
That’s not quite it. It’s not that you “came across as” defending the guy. The question is: do you think the social shaming he is experiencing is worse than what he did? Do you see it as a necessary evil or unnecessary evil? Should it be happening? If not, what should happen?
