America could probably be mostly solved by increasing the power of minorities (esp black ppl) relative to whites by like 10% and the power of workers relative to employers by like 25%.

I mean... if it can be blamed on the whites, and solidarity between rich and poor minorities hold, and ultimately enough elites prefer stability to civil war (given the former is generally better for business), there are worse outcomes for America.
and presumably this wouldn't be a full-out civil war, more like a series of rebellions and skirmishes, so the death toll wouldn't be THAT high (surely not any higher than the effect of the crack epidemic on black folks, right, and America thought that was acceptable.)
