America could probably be mostly solved by increasing the power of minorities (esp black ppl) relative to whites by like 10% and the power of workers relative to employers by like 25%.

I mean... if it can be blamed on the whites, and solidarity between rich and poor minorities hold, and ultimately enough elites prefer stability to civil war (given the former is generally better for business), there are worse outcomes for America.

I suppose I should clarify that by “solved” in this case I mean it would be a functional nation again. Black people would still be oppressed and on the long road to an upward trajectory, I’m afraid.
